Pool Cleaning Service

Maintenance Vacuum

Maintenance vacuum service is for pools that need a normal cleanup visit, not a major recovery. It is usually the right fit when there is settled dirt, moderate leaf debris, or routine bottom cleanup, but the pool does not require a dedicated power vacuum setup.

What We Need Before We Arrive
A little preparation helps the appointment stay efficient and keeps the estimate more accurate.
Please make sure the pool area is accessible when we arrive.
Let us know ahead of time if there is heavy debris, dead algae, or severe visibility issues.
Tell us if the pool has been sitting for a long time without circulation or recent cleaning.
If you are not sure whether it needs maintenance vacuuming or power vacuuming, add notes when booking.
Important Notes
Some pools look like they need a normal vacuum, but once we see heavy settled debris or dead algae, they may need to be upgraded to a power vacuum service.
A maintenance vacuum is not meant for large amounts of dead algae or very heavy settled debris.
If the pool condition is worse than described, the service recommendation may change on site.
Maintenance vacuum service has a 1 hour minimum. Power vacuuming has a 1.5 hour minimum because it involves more equipment and setup.
Rough estimates can change once the actual pool condition is inspected.
This service is best for routine cleanup situations, not full recovery work.
Service Fit
Maintenance Vacuum vs Power Vacuum
The right service depends on the severity of the debris and whether the pool is dealing with dead algae.
Maintenance Vacuum Is Usually Best For
Routine dirt or sand on the pool floor
Manageable leaf debris without a major buildup
Pools that still have workable visibility and circulation
Customers who need a standard cleanup visit instead of a major recovery
Power Vacuum Is Usually Better For
A lot of leaves settled across the entire pool floor
Large amounts of dead algae or fine debris
Severe debris load after an opening or neglected period
Pool conditions where a normal maintenance vacuum would be inefficient or ineffective

Book A Maintenance Vacuum Visit

If the pool has routine dirt, sand, or leaf debris but is not in severe condition, a maintenance vacuum is usually the right first step.
